Remove clutter – I followed through with this. During my moving process I trashed and donated things that took up negative space in my life.
Be consistent with weekly agendas – I wasn’t the best at this but when I completed the agendas my days were less hectic.
Goals for 2020
Write more – finish and publish 35 poems
Improve time management again– The Pomodoro technique is a wonderful method. The next step is for me to become consistent with waking up early to arrive to commitments on time.
Take care of my body – Self care is the best care.
